3 Ways to Wear Barrettes

Who says adults can't have hair flair and wear it too? Elizabeth Heard Barrettes are every girl's answer to easily styled hair. Handmade in Atlanta, Elizabeth Heard is an independent line of carefully crafted hair accessories for women to find their finishing touch by adding a dose of flair to the hair. Plus, the barrettes are crafted by Elizabeth White, a Parsons School of Design educated designer with a knack for creating and an eye for style.

But just how can adult women pull-off barrettes? I've got three looks for you to help you know exactly how to wear your Elizabeth Heard hair flair.

The Side Surprise:

Pull just once side of your hair into the barrette. These barrettes are so well made, you won't have to worry about it slipping out during your day.

The Traditional:

The traditional look is one you're all familiar with. Pull each side of your hair back for a half-up do. Snap your barrette in, and you're ready to go!

The Top Knot Secret:

Jazz-up your top knot by adding a secret barrette right under your top knot. Who says a top knot is only for bad hair days?
