Over the course of the past seven days, I have made a pretty dramatic life change. I'm not quite ready to tell you all about it just yet, but I will soon. Really soon. In the meantime, I've determined that I definitely don't know what I would do without supportive people in my life. Every time I start to doubt myself, someone is there telling me how they're proud or excited for me. That they can't wait to hear more about it. That they are so happy...one of my sweet co-workers even used the word inspired. What? Inspired? Hold the phone. I'm the person who gets inspired, not the one who does the inspiring. That's crazy talk. But I'll take it.
I think this week has taught me that I have made some pretty fabulous choices so far in my life. I've chosen the best group of people to surround myself with from forever friends to coworkers to family to coworkers who are like family, I truly cannot ask for anyone better. Don't worry, I won't keep you waiting for long, but I definitely want to take my time with the BIG post that's coming. I can't keep this secret for long!
Before I go, I wanted to share with you a little event that's happening this weekend in Atlanta: Crawfish for Cancer at the Ivy in Buckhead on Saturday. Tickets are $50 and include an open bar, an all you can eat crawfish boil, and of course live music and a great patio atmosphere. Plus, you'll be helping to demolish cancer! If you can, head to the event; sounds like a great way to spend a Saturday to me.
Can't wait to hear and be inspired!!!
