Over the past few months, I've mentioned that I am in the process of kicking up my skincare routine. Whether with cleansing or makeup, I'm in the process of making more of an effort in what I put on my skin. I'm not sure if you realize this, but everything that you put on your skin is absorbed into your skin (which makes sense, right?). But honestly, I never thought of it that way until recently!
Part of my new regimen is to include products that are designed to hydrate skin while protecting it which is why I am thankful to have been introduced to Lindi Skin. The Lindi Skin brand was created in 2003 specifically for those undergoing harsh cancer treatment, but loyal Lindi consumers realized that the fabulous effects of the line were noticeable long after their recovery. Soon Lindi knew that their products weren't just for those experiencing treatment, but were instead for everyone: a true lifelong skincare brand.
I don't know about you, but my skin has taken a beating this winter. I am sure it has a little to do with my diet (or lack there of) as well as the fact that I edged the 30 mark this year, but whatever it is, I've been desperate for a fix. Thank goodness for the Lindi Citrus Face Serum. Y'all, I am not lying when I say that I've seen a noticeable difference in my dry skin in just a few days of using this product. Plus it smells absolutely divine without being overpowering. Love that!
One of my favorite things about Lindi Skin is that they're in the business of giving back. I'm not sure how much I have shared on the blog in the past, but my dad passed away in 2007 of cancer, and I've watched countless other friends and family members experience the trials and side effects of this terrible disease. From now through May 31st, Lindi Skin will be making donations to the American Cancer Society's "Look Good, Feel Better" program. And, you can use the code BLOG25 for 25% off of your order. It's a win win for everyone!
P.S. I am serious about skincare and just ordered this book. Has anyone read it? Can't wait for it to arrive!
Thanks to Lindi Skin and Lipton Publicity for supplying me with skincare products to review. All opinions are my own.
