Friday's Fancies: Emerald City

Ever since I was a little girl and saw my favorite southern belle wearing this fabulous dress, green has been one of my go-to colors. I am thrilled that emerald is officially the color of the year and will be featured everywhere for 2013. It's such a rich, powerful color, and I cannot wait to see its many uses this season. In a perfect world, here's how you would find it on me:
