8 Things You Should Know about in 2013

I am always on the hunt for new products, concepts, and companies, and when I find a good one, I like to share :) Here are eight things you should know about in 2013:

App: Flipboard // This app puts all of your favorite websites, blogs, magazines, and social medias in one place. You can flip through its pages and get a full report of what's going on in your perfect reading world.

Sub Box: Ditsies // I raved about this company back when they began, but now that I've received a few pairs, I love them even more. Sending you pretty "unmentionables" in the mail each month for a mere $12, Ditsies is my favorite "mailed" company this year.

Product: EOS Egg // Y'all. I never knew what I was missing before I received two of these for Christmas at our Favorite Things party. This is the PERFECT lip balm. It's light and not at all greasy. Love at first swipe.

Restaurant: Seven Lamps // A fun, quaint restaurant in Buckhead that boasts great food and cocktails. It's tucked in a corner of Shops Around Lenox, so it's a little hard to find, but once you do, you'll understand why it made the list.

Book: The Fault in Our Stars // This book is technically on the YA list for 2012, but I don't think anyone could deny the love story between two teenagers with terminal cancer. It proves that true love can happen at any age, at any time, no matter how inconvenient it might seem.

Southern Style: Ice Milk Aprons // Although I don't own one of these (yet!), I can't help but love the big bow and classic shape of these aprons. Perfect for your mamma or your BFF, keep these in mind throughout the year for gifting. 

Blog: One Fine Day // I discovered Ashley's blog through Jess a few months ago, and it has quickly become one of my top favorite reads. With style straight out Kate Spade with a dash of J.Crew, you'll love Ashley's amazing graphics as well as her unique finds.

Website: Poppy Mag // A little shameless plug for the new Poppy Mag site! Lindsay has done a phenomenal job rebranding Poppy and making it even better than it was before. See my Atlanta article in a whole new light, and check out all of the other amazing contributions by fellow bloggers.
