Since everyone and their mother is on a health kick right now, I figure why not join them? I've been testing a few healthier recipes here and there, and I wanted to share a few of my current favorites with you. Not only are they absolutely delicious, but they'll help you get back on track after that holiday indulgence. Let me know if you give any of them a try!
Breakfast: Kale with Bacon Vinaigrette & Poached Egg
Mid-morning Snack: A Suja Juice (or this fab smoothie!)
Lunch: Butternut Squash Soup
Afternoon Snack: Sugar Snap Peas & Laughing Cow with Fruit
Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Fries (no picture for this because we ate it way too fast!)
