A few weeks ago, one of my sweet friends contacted me to see if I would be interested in doing a review for her of It Works. Have you guys heard of this? I am sure you've seen their wrap reviews on your Facebook and Instagram feeds. The brand is really blowing up recently, so I figured I would see what all the fuss was about! I have to admit that I was skeptical of this company, specifically the body wraps, and I was pretty choosy in what I wanted to review. Luckily for me, my friend Alyssa walked me through several of the products, and I have to say that I love what I received!
Now, before you ask, I didn't get any wraps to try. I did however try a few samples of the Defining Gel which is essentially a diluted, lotion/gel form of the same "stuff" that's in the wraps. I've been using it for a few weeks specifically on my upper arms and the backs of my legs (I mean hello problem areas). Much to my surprise, I've noticed a slight tightening of these areas, and I am eager to see just how far the results will go. Everything helps, right?!
Alyssa was also kind enough to send me over a few sample packs of the Greens Berry which is a Crystal Lite-esque mix promised to be a natural source of energy because it is packed with 8+ servings of fruits and vegetables. The taste is similar to a typical green smoothie (so just a tad vegetable-y), but for a glass of juice with all of those fruits and veggies? I can deal with it! I've tried drinks such as this before, and I have to say that I like the consistency of the Greens Berry much better! Just blend it with a blender bottle or shake it up in a water bottle and go.
Now for the fun part: are you curious about It Works, but you're not totallllllly convinced to make a purchase?
