We are definitely in the countdown to the big day - Christmas is upon us! With just a little more than a week until the festivities, we are all in a time crunch for gift purchasing, appetizer cooking, and cookie baking. I thought I would give you a few quick tips to get you through the week on this installment of Monday, My Day.
1 can rotel
1 can white & gold corn
1 can corn
1 block of cream cheese
Drain corn & rotel & mix with cream cheese. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until piping hot. Add cumin, red pepper, & garlic powder to taste. Serve with corn chips!
