If you're going to take the time to look good while working out, you might as well feed your body well, too. I am the first to say that I hate diet foods. Just yuck. But I am making an effort to stay away from a lot of processed food and instead cook and bake myself. One of my new favorite things to whip up are these peanut butter poppers (because you can POP them in your mouth :)). They are super easy and tasty to boot...and I always have the ingredients on hand! What's not to love? Try them and let me know what you think!
