Friday's Fancies: Celebrate!

Because there's something else to celebrate coming up over the next few days, I decided to go the bon anniversaire route with this look. When I found the sequin polka dot top, I knew I had hit the jackpot. Mark my words: I will own it. The colors here are a fantastic combination for a birthday fête. I'd definitely wear this entire look, head to toe...I might even carry the pinata around. Plus, the more I think about it, the more I need some turquoise shoes in my life. Who doesn't?!
