Buckhead Bucks

If you've driven around Buckhead recently, you might have noticed a few large deer statues strategically placed around town. 

I gave you a little teaser about these fellas last week on twitter, so here's the full scoop:

The Buckhead Business Association started a foundation to support the community's education, greenscape, and activities. To raise money, they asked different companies around the area to "buy a buck." Each company then designed a buck to represent their business. They are whimsically painted and will be on display throughout the summer.

I've had a lot of fun spotted them scattered about town. They are everywhere; even in front of all the churches on Peachtree. Livable Buckhead is actually sponsoring a Buck Hunting contest in which the grand prize is a Buckhead staycation! I might have to participate since I have a little free time on my hands :)
