Zucchini Fritters & Tzatziki Dreams

This week, Hunter and I tried out the zucchini fritters (upper left corner) and they were incredible! So delightful, I have no pictures to share, but the recipe below should make you want to grab a zucchini and get to work. The original intent was to follow the plan for the week, but this week's busy schedule didn't allow for it.
