The Jonathan Adler store on the Westside is one of the happiest places in this city. There is no other place that so easily combines neon pink, elephants, and geometrics in such a seamless way - and in a way that makes you say, "Hey, that weird 3-headed vase thing is kind of cool" even though it's totally not your style. Walking around the store could convince you that the 70s were chic and that you must be a part of it! The vases, the china, the pendant lighting - pure bliss. I digress...

There have been several emails around school announcing baby showers, and I've been trying to think of creative gifts. JA Junior might be more than a little out of my price range, but I just love some of these things. They'd make vibrant and fun presents for anyone expecting.
