Recipe of the Week: Bacon, Pear, & Blue Cheese Pizza

Doesn't the title just sound gourmet? Pizza is such a versatile and easy dinner, and I love all of the options there are out there. This recipe came from one of my favorite fancy-food blogs, Adventures in Cooking. Eva makes beautiful dishes that are equally as decadent as they are lovely. I'm enamored by her blog because the pictures make the food look both inviting and heavenly. This was definitely the case with her Blue Cheese Pizza with Caramelized Onions, Bacon, & Honeyed Pears. We loved this fresh, wintery pizza. Run to the store and grab the few required ingredients - it's worth it!
